Due to the Flu Giveaway

Essential Oils Giveaway

So, we've been dealing with winter funk as most folks have this season. It's been a rough winter, and people are sick! Thankfully, we have access to great resources to help fend of our illnesses, and even though we haven't been 100% 100% of the time, things could have been much worse.

For one, treating our symptoms with a mix of natural remedies, especially EO's has been a lifesaver this season. From fevers to headaches to stomach ailments and congestion--there's an oil for each and they are extremely effective. Plus, they not only treat the symptom, they encourage your body's natural healing process, no suppressing progress but expediting it.

Not only have we had less severe symptoms, we have been able to keep the inevitable spread between family members to a minimum. Our diffuser has been running constantly. Spray bottles spritzed, feet rubbed, heads massaged...our main go-tos this year? Pure Eucalyptus, Melaleuca (tea tree), and Rosemary oils. It is empowering to be pro-active and to know we have some reliable resources to build our health.

As promised a few weeks ago, I'm going to give some things away in an effort to spread the word, and encourage people to dive in and give some oils a try. All you must do to enter is one or all of the following:

doTerra giveaway

there are at least 101 uses for this kit. Check them out here!
and doTerra offers several kits that include membership (giving you wholesale discounts), so if you're looking to build your 'medicine' cabinet, there are some great options available here.

  1. I don't have any rosemary or oil of oregano. I've heard both are great! They're on my list of oils to get next!

    1. Yes! Definitely to those. I think naomi beat an ear infection in 12 hours thanks to oregano oil and a clove of garlic!

  5. I'd like to try out some EO's on some of my diy cleaning products. I know some EO's are expensive, but since they go such a long way with a little, they might end up saving you $.
